With the advent of Amazon Web Services, Amazon has grown widely by diversifying its business to hundreds of other services. Since its inception, Amazon has built up its arsenal by offering web services which are referred to as the ‘cloud’, for the benefit of its customers. Now, you have an option of using Amazon Web Services in the best way with Go4hosting so as to manage all of your business variants.

Go4hosting makes sure that best features for your business get efficiently activated. By taking the help of demos of Amazon Web services, you can use an easy way of ascertaining which services are apt for your business.

Advantages of AWS

If we consider the example of WordPress as an appended Amazon Web Service, a few steps are adequate for getting an internet site up and working with WordPress and the Amazon EC2 virtual machine. By going through these steps you will understand the steps involved in the launch of an EC2 instance; the demo also lays out the way to get your WordPress username and login credentials, and also shares with you the way to log into your WordPress admin portal.

For beginners, you need to enter your Amazon user name and password into AWS to start up the Dashboard. Then, you will get to EC2 screen underneath ‘Compute’, just double click it to open the related instance dashboard. Now you just need to select the Launch Instance from the dashboard to start putting together your virtual machine.

Now that you have started up the Amazon EC2 configuration wizard, we will now call the existing Amazon Machine Image (AMI) from the AWS Marketplace, which already has WordPress installed in it. The AWS Marketplace is effectively providing access to a number of common services present on the internet, by offering pre-configured data dumps. Now, you need to click on ‘AWS Marketplace’ in left side navigation, locate WordPress (from WordPress run by BitNami), and select it.

Next, click on t2.micro within the sort column, then progress by clicking on ‘Next’ for using the Instance Details. Now you need to Add Storage and Tag Instance.

We will now affix a name for your instance during this step. Enter Name in Key box and select WordPress in the price box. Now Select Review and Launch to go further. Here, instance configurations can be reviewed, then by clicking Launch, you begin your Amazon EC2 instance that is being run for WordPress. You will then be able to get connection with EC2 instances via a terminal program of Secure Shell (SSH). You need to select ‘Proceed’ and check the box which shows that you understand that a virtual key is required to access your EC2 instance. Now click on Launch Instance.

Here you need to click on ‘View Instances’ on lower right of the page. Now choose WordPress Instance in order to ensure that Instance says ‘Running’. If Instance State is showing up as ‘Launching’, then the AWS is still in the process of getting ready to launch your WordPress Instance. Once your instance has started running, you will be now able to simultaneously check WordPress. If you are interested in tech details, you could note the general public informatics, for instance, at the lower most part of this webpage. Also, you can copy the general public informatics into a new tab in your browser application. Now that you have got the WordPress website up and running, you need to login to the page wherein you can customize your WordPress website.

From the New tab select public informatics, after which you need to switch to the EC2 management console in the browser. From here, you need to select the WordPress Instance, and then click on the Actions button. From the drop down menu, you need to choose the Instance Setting, and then click on Get System Log. In the System Log window, you need to scroll through the lower most section to search for a unique password which is marked by window made of hashes, familiar to all social media aficionados, and copy it. Now that you have copied your credentials, switch back to previous tab. Add ‘/admin’ to the URL and enter, resulting in the WordPress initial page. Here you can enter the credentials that you just copied from the System Log file.
